Cancellation policy

At AMMiKAL, we prepare every order fresh and move it quickly into processing.
Because of this, our cancellation rules are simple:


1. When You CAN Cancel

You can cancel your order any time before it is fulfilled.
“Fulfilled” means:

  • The order is packed, or

  • The order is handed over to the courier

Once fulfillment begins, cancellation is no longer possible.


2. When You CANNOT Cancel

Your order cannot be cancelled if:

  • It has already been fulfilled

  • It has been shipped

  • The courier has marked it “out for delivery”

These orders are considered final.


3. Refund for Valid Cancellations

If cancelled before fulfillment:

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 4–7 business days

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


4. Incorrect Address / Unreachable Customer

If delivery fails due to:

  • Wrong address

  • Wrong pincode

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Customer not reachable

The order becomes non-refundable.

Reshipping can be arranged with additional shipping charges.


5. How to Cancel

Email us at ammikal.store@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Registered name

  • Reason (optional)

We usually respond within 24 hours.
