Refund policy
At AMMiKAL, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care, purity, and strict hygiene. Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept return or refund requests.
However, if something goes wrong during delivery, we are always here to support you and resolve the issue fairly.
If Your Product Arrives Damaged
We will gladly replace the damaged item, and the replacement will be shipped within 7–10 days after verification.
To help us process this quickly, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery.

In case of multiple items in your order, only the affected product will be replaced.
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours and assist you throughout the process.
If an Item Is Missing from Your Order
If any product is missing, we will promptly resend the missing item.

Because our products are made from natural ingredients, roasted and ground by hand, there may be small differences in colour, texture, or aroma across batches.
These natural variations are normal and not considered a defect.
If genuine spoilage is confirmed, we will replace the product after due diligence.
Our aim is always to offer a fair and transparent resolution.
We respond to all emails within 24–48 hours and provide full assistance.
