This includes:

  • Fresh grinding / packing

  • Quality checks

  • Secure, tamper-proof packaging

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

🔶 2. Delivery Timelines

We aim to deliver all orders within:

📦 5 to 6 working days (All India)

In some cases, delivery may extend due to courier delays, weather, or regional restrictions, but most orders reach within 5-6 days.

🔶 3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and depend on:

  • Order weight

  • Delivery location

  • Ongoing offers

We offer free shipping on selected promotions.

🔶 4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking link

  • Courier partner details

  • Estimated delivery window

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

🔶 5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If the address or phone number provided is incorrect, or delivery attempts fail:

  • The order becomes non-refundable

  • Reshipping can be arranged after paying additional shipping charges

If your package arrives damaged or tampered:

We will assist you as per our Replacement Policy.

🔶 7. International Shipping

We currently ship only within India.
International shipping will be added soon.
